How do I care for my De Rosa candle?

Always use a heat proof dish.

The first burn is crucial for setting the burn memory. When lighting for the first time, ensure the candle burns long enough for an even wax pool to develop at the vessel's edge.

For an optimal burn and scent throw, trim each wick to 1/4 inch before each use.

Avoid burning a candle for more than 2 hours or when the wax level is less than 1 inch from the candle base.

Why is my candle frosted?

Beeswax and soy candles are natural products, and sometimes they can frost. This is completely normal and doesn't affect the quality or burn of the candle. It's actually a sign that the wax is pure and hasn't been altered.

To remove the frosting gently glide your fingers over the design to smooth it out. It may reappear over time but it is harmless and normal.
